Hotel Housekeeping Apps Compared: Flexkeeping vs hotelkit vs Optii vs Quore

By the HospitalityStack editors · written from hotel & resort F&B experience

What these tools do

Housekeeping apps replace the paper room board. Room status syncs with the PMS, attendants get a phone room list, supervisors inspect and release rooms so front desk can check guests in sooner, and most also handle maintenance tickets and team chat. For a features checklist see how to choose a housekeeping app. This guide compares four vendors on published price and fit.

Flexkeeping: per room, with a published rate

Flexkeeping is an all-in-one hotel operations platform (housekeeping, maintenance, collaboration). Its listing on the Apaleo Store shows pricing as a one-time setup and onboarding fee plus a monthly subscription based on room count, starting from €4 per room per month, with a possible minimum monthly fee (checked Oct 2026). Suites (housekeeping, maintenance, collaboration, automation, QA) depend on package.

hotelkit: setup fee + monthly licence, quote-only

hotelkit’s FAQ says price depends on package: a one-time setup fee based on room count plus a monthly licence fee, generally billed quarterly in advance by direct debit unless agreed otherwise. Default contract is 12 months, auto-renewing. Non-PMS integrations cost up to €199. It offers a 30-day free trial with onboarding. It publishes no package prices on the FAQ, so treat it as quote-only (checked Oct 2026).

Optii: quote-only

Optii focuses on housekeeping productivity: automated room assignments, live room status and labor forecasting. It publishes no public price list and routes buyers to a demo, so treat it as quote-only. Ask for per-room monthly price, implementation cost and PMS integration fees in writing (checked Oct 2026).

Quore: average $171/mo, one-year term

Quore’s pricing page publishes an average price of $171 per month. It is an all-in-one platform for housekeeping, front desk, engineering and management, with unlimited users and devices in the base offering. Personalized price depends on room count and brand or management company. It requires a 1-year agreement, then goes month to month. Add-ons and custom integrations can cost extra; implementation is described as included with no hidden fees (checked Oct 2026).

Which fits

Small independent that wants a number before a call: start with Flexkeeping (published per-room rate on Apaleo Store) and Quore (published average monthly). Branded and select-service US hotels often evaluate Quore. Larger or full-service properties focused on labor productivity should get quotes from Optii and hotelkit. Before you sign, ask each vendor for your PMS integration, its cost, total first-year price including setup, and whether attendants need dedicated phones.

Questions to ask in the demo

Which PMS versions are certified, and who pays for the interface? Can room status update both ways in real time? How are credits, DNDs and rush rooms handled? Is there offline or weak-Wi-Fi behavior for attendants? How is guest-facing messaging kept out of housekeeping chat? What is the all-in first-year cost at my room count?
